The existing mobile app was overly complex and difficult to navigate. Key features like offline functionality and real-time data syncing were missing. This led to inefficiencies and delays in field operations. On the web side, Project Managers struggled to monitor task progress accurately. Assigning work and analyzing field data was time-consuming and unclear. The lack of intuitive tools made project oversight challenging. The redesign addressed these pain points with a more user-friendly interface. Overall, the goal was to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
